Edward and Rosie are originally from Austin, Texas, and together they bring over 20 years of ministry experience. Their journey has included serving in youth ministry, kids ministry, and young adult ministry, as well as stepping into the role of Executive Pastors. Along the way, Edward is a licensed minister that attended Bible school in San Antonio, equipping him with a strong biblical foundation to shepherd and lead. They are a part of Church Multiplication Network and have graduated church plant launch

Family has always been at the center of their calling. With their three children—Joshua, Gabriel, and Kalli—Edward and Rosie are committed to creating a life and ministry that models faith, love, and servant leadership. They believe ministry is not just what you do in a church building, but how you live out the message of Jesus every day.

As the pastors of Legacy Chapel, their mission is simple yet powerful: to love people, to lead people, and to grow the Kingdom of God. Their heart is to create a church where every person feels seen, valued, and invited into a life-changing relationship with Jesus.
